ARTICLE 1 - ORGANIZATION OF THE GAME

The company Jam Difus' registered in the register of commerce and companies under the number: 483 495 339 00044 whose head office is located at 587 rue pierre Poivre, ZAC de la Tuilerie, 01330 Villars-les-dombes

Organizes from May 31, 2019, 7:30 p.m. to June 16, 2019, 7:30 p.m., a free game with no obligation to purchase entitled: "Dad's Dream Car VS Reality!" (Hereinafter referred to as "the Game"), according to the terms and conditions described in these rules.

This operation is not organized or sponsored by Facebook, Google, Apple or Microsoft.

ARTICLE 2 - CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

This free game is open to any natural person over 18 years of age, with access to the Internet and a valid email address, and residing in the following countries: France, Switzerland, Belgium, Spain, Portugal, United Kingdom, Ireland, Luxembourg, Germany, Italy, with the exception of the staff of the organizing company and their families, as well as all persons having participated in the elaboration of the game.

The game is subject to the regulations of French law applicable to games and competitions.

However, any participant who is a minor must obtain the prior consent of one of his or her parents or legal guardian to participate in the Game.

The organizing company may ask any minor participant to justify this authorization and, if necessary, disqualify a participant who cannot justify this authorization.

The organizing company may ask any winner who is a minor to provide proof of said authorization for participation in the Game. The organizing company reserves the right to draw another winner if an initial winner, if a minor, is unable to provide sufficient proof of said authorization.

The mere fact of participating in this game implies pure and simple acceptance, without reserve, of these rules.

ARTICLE 3 - TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

This game takes place exclusively on the facebook.com platform on the dates indicated in Article 1. Participation in the game is done by posting a comment on the special Father's Day 2019 publication on the Facebook page of Variance Auto https://www.facebook.com/variance.auto/.

Only one entry per person - same last name, same first name, same email address or Facebook ID - is allowed during the entire game period.

Since the game is accessible on the Facebook platform, Facebook will not be held responsible in the event of a dispute related to the game. Facebook is neither the organizer nor the sponsor of the operation.

ARTICLE 4 - DESIGNATION OF WINNERS

Winners will be contacted within 7 days of the draw, confirming the nature of the prize won and the terms and conditions for receiving it. Any winner who does not respond within 30 days of being notified of his or her prize will be deemed to have forfeited the prize and the prize will be awarded to a new winner.

The draw will determine 3 winners among the participants who commented on the publication.

ARTICLE 5 - ENDOWMENT

The game is endowed with the following prizes, awarded chronologically to valid participants drawn and declared winners. Each winner will receive only one prize.

List of lots:

• 1st prize: a complete kit with a maximum value of 252.90 euros
• 2nd prize: a ¾ kit with a maximum value of 176.40 euros
• 3rd prize: a front kit worth up to 69 euros

The organizing company reserves the right to verify the age of any winner before delivery of the prize. The prizes can in no case be exchanged for their cash value or for any other prize. The organizing company shall not be held responsible for the use or non-use, or even trading, of the prizes by the winners. In case of force majeure, the organizing company reserves the right to replace the prize won by a prize of equivalent nature and value.

ARTICLE 6 - IDENTIFICATION OF WINNERS AND ELIMINATION OF PARTICIPATION

Participants authorize the verification of their identity. Failure to comply with these rules and any fraud or attempted cheating, whatever the method, will result in the pure and simple elimination of the author's participation.

ARTICLE 7 - FILING OF THE RULES

Participants in this game accept the entirety of these rules, which will be posted on the website www.variance-auto.com. It can be obtained on request at the address of the organizing company, specified in Article 1, throughout the duration of the game.

ARTICLE 8 - REIMBURSEMENT OF PARTICIPATION FEES

Reimbursement of postage costs relating to the request for rules (stamp at the slow rate in force), can be obtained on a simple written request to the address of the organizing company by attaching a R.I.B (or R.I.P or R.I.C.E). Reimbursement of Internet connection costs to participate in the game, up to a maximum of 3 minutes and excluding mobile participation, can be obtained by sending a written request to the address of the organizing company, clearly specifying the following information: last name, first name, full postal address, date and time of participation. The request for reimbursement must be accompanied by a RIB, RIP or RICE and a copy of the participant's Internet service provider's invoice showing: on the one hand, the exact nature of the Internet service provider's service and its billing method (unlimited, flat rate, etc.) and, on the other hand, the date and time of connection corresponding to participation in the game clearly underlined or highlighted by the participant. Given the current state of service and technology, some Internet service providers offer a free or flat-rate connection to Internet users, it is expressly agreed that any access to the site on a free or flat-rate basis (such as connection by cable, ADSL or specialized connection) shall not give rise to any reimbursement, insofar as the subscription to the services of the access provider is in this case contracted by the Internet user for his or her use of the Internet in general and that the fact that the participant connects to the site and participates in the game does not cause him or her to incur any additional costs or expenses. The cost of photocopying any supporting documents to be provided will be reimbursed on the basis of 0.15 euros (including tax) per sheet.
