Tinted film kit for quick and easy installation
It took years to create our own stock of glazing for every vehicle and every model.
Over the years, our stock has grown to 89 car brands, all with their associated models, and several hundred glazings. Our glazings go back many years, to Renault Super 5s and Peugeot 205s for example!
Thanks to all the work we've done, we can pre-cut your tinted film kit to millimetre precision and thermoform it to size.

Legislation: tinted front and rear windows are not prohibited
Since 2017, the entry into force of Article 27 of Decree no. 2016-448 of April 13, 2016 has framed the installation of tinted film on car windows. In fact, this recommends choosing a tinted film that allows at least 70% of visible light to pass through.
Our two-tone kits Variance Auto allow you to equip your car with peace of mind, so make the most of it!

A tinted film kit pre-cut to the precise shape of your vehicle model
Each glass dimension is entered into our cutting software. This tool is connected to our machine, enabling us to ensure millimeter-precise cutting.
But machines aren't much without the human hand! Depending on the order, we use the software to optimize the cuts per roll. The aim is to have as few offcuts as possible, and therefore less waste.
Thanks to this combination of human and computer intelligence, your tinted film kit is pre-cut. Now it's time for thermoforming!

Tinted thermoformed film kits: our historic expertise
What is thermoforming? This is the technique used by Michel, Denis and Jordan to heat your tinted window films, so that they take on the exact shape of your glass. Without this "shaping", installation would be much more complicated.
This technique is performed using a glass template, the corresponding tinted film, a thermal stripper and a trowel. By heating the film positioned on the pane, it deforms thanks to a thermal reaction. The trowel is there to smooth the film against the glass.
Thanks to thermoforming, the tinted film slides over your glass and automatically snaps into place, without forcing, creasing or bubbling. All that's left is to press the adhesive into place.

The quality of the film, an essential factor not to be overlooked
Variance Auto uses high-quality adhesive films for its tinted film kits, so that they withstand handling and thermoforming before installation.
Our Premium and Essentiel ranges of tinted film kits use the3M brand ofadhesives.
3M is internationally renowned for the quality and durability of its products. It's a safe bet you can't go wrong with. These films are easy to use and last for years.
