  Hello, once unpacked the tampon is not supposed to be soaked. So it's normal that it's not "wet" :) It's a very specific product, designed not to leave any product/trace on the glass, while "capturing" dust. Have a nice day, The Variance Auto team

  le problème c'est la solution savonneuse, qu'est-ce que c'est de la solution savonneuse ? Vendez-là avec et nous n'aurons plus aucun soucis ! les raclettes sont petites et à la limite de ce qui peut être utilisé. Nous étions équipés heureusement de raclettes pro car le produit fournit est trop flexible. Si la solution employée n'est pas suffisamment savonnée c'est compliqué...

  Hello, Soap solution is a mixture of water and dishwashing liquid with the most neutral PH possible. We can't impose it on every order, as most customers already have some, but we offer it on the site if needed. Squeegees are offered free of charge, but are limited in size as most films are too.   Bonsoir j'attendre toujours le retour de Mr beaufils, suite à mes questions vis à vis la pose des films , même avec des vidéos YouTube, c'est sur du véhicule vitres manuel , pour moi pas assez explicatif et les instruments genre écarteurs, ne sont pas fournis avec les films , the films could be labeled right/left and the direction of installation, because I had a problem installing the tesla windows and extended glasses, since tesla isn't a hatchback, positioning wasn't easy at all, as a result I had a 2 cm overlap on the 2 pieces of glasses film, and the bottom of the windows crumpled on the left side, not a pretty finish, so I asked him what you could do? Do you have a fitting service? It's taking a long time to get back to me regarding delivery. Thank you for your feedback.
