Tinted film for your car: a real improvement in comfort
This small 10ml glass bottle contains an electrostatic window tinting gel. With its built-in precision brush, it optimizes the adhesion of electrostatic tinted films on your car windows. Application is simple: after thoroughly cleaning and drying your windows, simply apply a thin layer of the adhesive gel around the perimeter of the glass, following the black dotted lines on some rear windows. Once it has dried for 15 minutes (the gel feels sticky to the touch), simply apply your pre-cut electrostatic tinted film with soapy water.
.Make sure you don't go beyond the dotted lines, however, otherwise unsightly drips may form.

What is thermoforming used for?
Thermoforming makes it easier to apply the film to the glass. By thermoforming (i.e. "heating") a film, it is molded onto its substrate.
To recognize thermoformed film, you'll notice that it has a slightly "crumpled" appearance. Once installed, this effect will no longer be noticeable.
Thermoforming is carried out by us when you order a tinted window kit. If you buy tinted film by the linear meter, you'll have to do the thermoforming and cutting yourself.

Are tinted windows legal?
For front windows, there are regulations. For rear windows, there are none.
The legally authorized reference for front windows is Extrême Clair 70 (the lightest tint we offer).
