Tinted film for your car: a real improvement in comfort
Don't wait any longer to equip your car with this film for car headlights. It will tint your headlights to darken them and assert the identity and character of your vehicle! Apply it directly on your tail lights preferably. This film has a black tint, but because of its transparency it gives a rather gray look. We invite you to order a free sample for testing.
Once the film is applied, the light will diffuse evenly and durably in outdoor applications for 7 years. We recommend that you apply this tinted car light film with soapy water, and avoid porous, painted, dirty or too soft surfaces.
Easy and quick to apply, the car light film is an economical and non-permanent solution that will not damage your lights when you want to remove it. Drive in style!
To date, no French law prohibits the tinting of headlights with the films offered on Variance Auto, however the French regulation of high beam lighting requires that the headlights continue to illuminate at least up to 100 meters away. Variance Auto declines any responsibility for the misuse of these tinted films for headlights.

Then choose the tint for your car's front and rear windows. You can choose from several ranges and tints to suit your needs. We also offer a wide range of tints, from the lightest to the darkest, to suit your every need. Premium, Essential, Security or Color: choose the finish of your choice for your tinted car film!
Finally, place your order and receive your custom-cut, thermoformed tinted kit for your car. The tinted films are cut to the exact dimensions of your windows, so you don't have to make any cuts. The bonus? The films are thermoformed beforehand to adapt perfectly to the curves of your car.

Is it legal to tint your headlights?
There's no law against tinting headlights. However, regulations do require headlights to be visible at a minimum distance of 100 meters. Check this criterion to avoid having to remove them.

How do I apply my headlight films?
Before laying, make sure you have the right materials and optimal installation conditions: no wind, ambient temperature between 15 and 25°C.

Why can't I thermoform my lighthouse film correctly?
Be careful to remove the protective liner. On some models, such as OPTI-65s, there are two protective liners: one that protects the adhesive, another that protects the film on the other side. Both liners must be removed. If in doubt, please contact an advisor.

How much does it cost to tint a light with lighthouse film?
The price will depend on the reference you choose, the dimensions you need, and whether you request a custom cut. To get a precise idea, we invite you to enter your dimensions in a product data sheet. The price will be calculated automatically.
