Before applying film Paint protection film, a few preparations are essential. Here are our tips:

1. Clean your car thoroughly

• Wash your car withisopropyl alcohol, using circular movements to remove dirt and impurities.
• Dry the surface completely with a clean, soft microfiber cloth.

2. Prepare the PPF film

• Install a cutting edge on the surface where your PPF will be applied. We advise you to leave a margin of 5 to 10 cm for ease of removal.
• Remove the protective liner from the PPF film using two pieces of scotch tape. Leave the second liner in place to protect your PPF film during installation.

3. Lay the PPF carefully

• Make sure you're in a clean, dust-free environment.
• Apply a soapy solution to the surface before applying the film.
• Unroll and position the PPF, removing air bubbles with a soft squeegee.
• Remove the cutting wire carefully, keeping it firmly pressed against your bodywork.
• Cut away any superfluous PPF film using a cutter with a new blade (to avoid damaging your bodywork), then remove the second protective liner.
